Dear CEO:
As the leader of your company, it is your responsibility to provide your employees with the opportunity to make a fair wage and help them invest it for the future. Defined contribution plans, ESOPS, defined benefit plans: all of these are used to help employees plan for a secure future where they will enjoy their retirement with plenty of money saved The employees set goals for retirement and these goals are scrutinized and indeed agonized over, as the ability to retire comfortably is a goal nearly everyone shares.
At the same time that this financial planning is occurring, this same group of people is making halfhearted promises and resolutions regarding their exercise and eating habits. These resolutions are rarely recorded and usually abandoned shortly after they are set. Our question is this: if everyone hopes to enjoy a comfortable and healthy retirement, shouldn't eating and exercise habits command the same priority that the finances do? Certainly all the money in the world will not allow for an enjoyable old age if we are too sick to enjoy what we've worked so hard to earn. And since so many sicknesses are the result of poor exercise and eating habits, it only stands to reason that we need to address lifestyle planning as seriously as we address financial planning. Everyone must come to understand that, in addition to eating and sleeping, exercise must become an everyday event in our lives. We need to plan for this and monitor our progress with the vigilance accorded to our finances. This is where Bootcamp Babes comes in.

Our mission at Bootcamp Babes is to educate people on the need for daily exercise and the ease and economy of making exercise a priority. In a corporate setting, we are able to instruct employees of all ages and fitness levels on basic exercise routines that can be done as a group or individually. These routines do not require expensive equipment, gym memberships or tremendous amounts of time. The equipment we use is inexpensive and very portable. It can easily travel from office to home and packs easily for those out of town meetings.
Our experience has shown us that it takes three weeks to form a habit. With this in mind, we run our sessions for a minimum of six weeks, meeting two to three times a week either before, during or after work. In addition, we maintain contact with our clients via motivational emails. These emails address the previous class and encourage participants to get out and move on the days the class isn't meeting. Our goal is to get everyone comfortable with and excited about exercise so that at the end of the six week session the participants can't remember when they didn't exercise.

Certainly as you look around your office you will likely recognize that our business is timely and very necessary. There are way too many people who have not yet begun to plan for a healthy retirement. Please help us to help them by contacting Boot Camp Babes. We are anxious to start helping people with their retirement fitness plan.
There are, of course, many other benefits to a corporate fitness program. The reduced cost of health insurance, reduced absenteeism and overall improvement in morale are results that are well documented.
For more information on our corporate fitness programs and how they can benefit your company, contact us today at 440-725-1434 or 440-570-3346.
