For those of you who have not participated in Bootcamp… take it from someone who hated to workout. “I love Bootcamp!!!” It is fun and I feel a lot better even after a really hard workout with Psycho Sarah. The best part is the convenience...it is right in the LOGOS building. You don’t have to get in a car and drive to the gym, just walk to the warehouse. So please sign up. If you won’t do it for your health, do it for mine. I don’t know what will happen to me if I don’t have bootcamp. It is a bargain at any price.
